Usui Reiki is a gentle and supportive modality from Japan and is over 100 years old. It has been extensively studied and found to decrease pain and accelerate healing, among other things. Many people find helps them with calm, relaxation, pain relief, muscle soreness, stress reduction, energy, and their own healing and awareness processes.

Shamanic Work, including Drumming Journeys The purpose of a drumming session is one of three things: to retrieve your power, retrieve a part of your soul, or remove an obstacle that's blocking you. Once we consult on the issue you'd like to address, I use shamanic methods to support you in clearing blocks and reconnecting you to your power.

Inner Child or Parts Work is a potent modality that can shift patterns and remove obstacles in your life. Once you've identified a persistent pattern or obstacle in your life, we will engage your inner child to heal the wound and shift your experience.
